Easy drinking Scotch whisky for anyone new to it
KEEP UP TO DATE WITH OUR NEWS & TRAVEL
Follow us as we journey throughout Scotland & the UK looking for interesting quality whisky. Our journey features ‘distilleries’ of course, Castles, Mountains, Rivers, Lochs & Glens, Lakes and valleys.
We should add here that our personal record for ferry travel is to visit 4 Islands (ARRAN, GIGHA, BUTE, CUMBRAE) using 14 Ferry Terminals and 8 different vessels in one day.
We regularly update on Social Media too.
Ready to try our collection for yourself? Place an order, or speak to our team today.
This is our list of Distilleries we’ve visited to date.
We typically visit between 15 and 20 distilleries annually. We add any new distilleries we visit to this list.
We update our Social media on the day with the distillery we are visiting and any other relevant information
( Dram good whisky that we find ) and photographs.
We will update this Blog as often as possible as we travel.

Whisky Terms

Dram - A dram is the traditional Scotch Whisky measure, often affectionately referred to as a “wee” dram. There is no clear definition of how big or small a dram is.
The Angels share - The alcohol that is lost due to evaporation during maturation in the cask. This can be around 2% per year.
