HAZELBURN 23 yrs from Cadenheads

A truly sought after and limited edition......
This outstanding 23 year old Hazelburn single malt from the Springbank distillery, Cambeltown is the oldest release yet from this iconic brand.  1 of only 72  bottles from a single bourbon cask, distilled in 1999 and bottled in the winter of 2022. 
DGSM secured this brammer of a bottle literally days after it became available for sale. 
Cadenheads are Scotlands oldest independent bottler who had the foresight to lay the cask down before the millenium.   70cl 46% abv, bottled under the authentic collection label at natural cask strength so all the flavours will be there.
We know that at least one bottle has been opened to date.
 
Tasting notes - Nose.... Mango, Gooseberries, custard cream biscuits & white chocolate.
                               Palate..... Grassy, Tea leaves, oat cookies & fudge
                               Finish.... Sandalwood, mint sprig & orange rind.
